One would think that I hate my yoga class since I didn't post since the first day. Nothing could be further from the truth...I love it! Actually the class I am taking is called: Yoga/Kick boxing. The yoga lasts for 30 minutes, with the goal to warm us up, and then we go right into the kick boxing portion of the class. I love both parts very much but I have been trying to find out information as to where I can take additional yoga classes in my area. My goals are: weight loss, stress reduction, strength, and increased flexibility. I think yoga will enable me to achieve all of this and more.
